Metro-Atlanta remains gridlocked at 10am due to the winter storm that moved in early yesterday afternoon, paralyzing our roadways and prompting Gov. Nathan Deal to declare a state of emergency for all 159 counties. The afternoon rush hour has now stretched into hour 20.
